Shipping policy
All orders are packaged and shipped from the United Kingdom.
Order processing times
In most cases orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days, however during periods of high demand processing times may take up to 2 weeks.
Estimated shipping delivery times
The estimated time of delivery for our packages is between 3 and 7 working days for most international destinations. However, actual delivery times may vary depending on your country's customs process and postal services. Please allow at least 8 weeks from shipment date to pass before you inquire about your order.
Shipping rates
As we are based in the United Kingdom, we offer cheaper shipping options for domestic customers. We ship our products with Royal Mail, and you have the option of standard and tracked shipping. Rates are posted below, and will be offered to you at checkout depending on what is applicable.
- Standard Domestic - $2.00
- Tracked Domestic - $5.00
- Standard International - $6.00
- Tracked International - $13.00
Tracking your order
You will have the option to track your order at checkout, as our standard shipping does not include tracking.
Customs fees
International customers are solely responsible for any customs fees that may occur when receiving their order. Please check your country's custom fees before ordering.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any orders once they have been shipped, however you may cancel an order before then. If you do not opt to have your delivery tracked, we will not be responsible for any lost packages. As well as this, we cannot refund tracked orders that have been marked as delivered.
If your order is returned to us we will attempt to contact you to either reship your order (with a re-shipment fee) or we will refund you for the cost of your order, excluding any shipping costs.
